All those things can be done through the prepaid cards online portal, which is accessible at PrepaidCardStatus.com.
PrepaidCardStatus login
Before accessing your prepaid card account online (at the PrepaidCardStatus portal), you will be required to sign in first. To log in to the PrepaidCardStatus portal, follow these 3 steps:
- Go to the PrepaidCardStatus portal, by entering its address (PrepaidCardStatus.com) into your browser.
- Once you are at the PrepaidCardStatus portal, as required, enter your card’s number and security code into the respective spaces. The card number is clearly indicated on the front side of the card. - Having entered the card number and security code into the respective spaces, click on the ‘Log In’ button, and you will be signed in instantly.
Alternatively, if you have already created a wallet profile for the card, you can log in without having to enter the card number or security code. To sign in that way:
- Go to the prepaid credit cards portal, at PrepaidCardStatus.com.
- Click where it says ‘Have a Wallet?’.
- Then, as required, enter your username and password (the ones you created while setting up the PrepaidCardStatus wallet profile), and click on the ‘Log In’ button to be signed in.
PrepaidCardStatus balance – how to check your prepaid card’s current balance
To check your prepaid card’s current balance, follow these 3 steps:
- Go to the prepaid cards portal, by keying in its address (prepaidcardstatus.com) into your browser.
- Once you are at the prepaid cards portal, as required, login by entering the card number and security code into the respective spaces. [If you have a wallet profile, you can log in using your username and password].
- After logging into the prepaid cards portal, you will be taken to a screen where you should be able to view you card’s current balance straightaway.
PrepaidCardStatus transaction history – how to check your prepaid card’s transaction history
To review your prepaid card’s transaction history, follow these 3 steps:
- Go to the prepaid cards portal, by keying in its address (prepaidcardstatus.com) into your browser.
- Once you are at the prepaid cards portal, sign in by entering your card’s number and security code into the respective spaces and clicking on the ‘Log In’ button.
- Once you are signed into the portal, click to indicate that you wish to view the card’s transaction history, and you will be taken to a screen where you will be able to do so.
PrepaidCardStatus activation – how to activate your prepaid card
To activate your prepaid card, follow these 3 steps:
- Go to the prepaid card’s online portal, by entering its address (prepaidcardstatus.com) into your browser.
- Once you are at the prepaid cards online portal, sign in, by keying in the card’s number and security code into the respective spaces, then clicking on the ‘Log In’ button. If you have a ‘wallet profile’ for the card, you can sign in by entering your username and password.
- After signing into the prepaid cards online portal, click to indicate that you wish to activate the card and you would be taken through the motions of doing so. If you encounter any challenges in the process, click on the tab for ‘web support’ and any questions you have about the activation process will be answered in real-time.
PrepaidCardStatus ATM
To view your prepaid card’s ATM transactions, follow these 3 steps:
- Go to the prepaid cards online portal, by entering its address (prepaidcardstatus.com) into your browser.
- Once you are at the prepaid cards online portal, sign in by entering the card number and security code into the respective spaces. If you previously created a ‘wallet profile’ for your card, you will be able to sign in by entering the username and password you set up.
- After signing in, click to indicate that you wish to view your card’s transaction history. Then, from the transaction history, you will be able to view all ATM transactions.
PrepaidCardStatus merchants
To view your prepaid card’s merchant transactions, follow these 3 steps:
- Go to the prepaid cards online portal, by keying in its address (prepaidcardstatus.com) into the browser.
- Once you are at the prepaid cards online portal, sign in by entering the card number and security code into the respective spaces. If you previously created a wallet profile for the card, you can sign in using the username and password, without needing to enter the card number or security code.
- After signing in, click to indicate that you wish to view your card’s transaction history. Then, browsing through the transaction history, you will be able to view all merchant transactions for your prepaid card (that is, all instances where you used the card to pay for stuff at merchant locations).
PrepaidCardStatus dispute form
To access a dispute form for your prepaid card, follow these 3 steps:
- Go to the prepaid cards online portal – by entering its address (prepaidcardstatus.com) into your browser.
- Once you are at the prepaid cards online portal, log in – by entering either the card number and security code (if you don’t have a wallet profile) or by entering your username and password (if you have a wallet profile).
- Once you are signed into the portal, click to indicate that you wish to access a dispute form, and you should then be able to get it. Should you have any problems in accessing the dispute form, click on the ‘web support’ tab, and you will then get real-time answers to any questions you may be having about accessing a dispute form.

The PrepaidcardsStatus Customer Service Number is 1-866-230-3809. When you call the number, you will have to press 1 if you are an English speaker. The you will enter the card’s 16 digit number. The follow what the automated voice tell you.
